The shooting of 'Thama' has resumed. Preparations for Diwali release
Bollywood's talented hero Ayushmann Khurrana and national crush Rashmika Mandanna are acting in a vampire comedy movie 'Thama'. The shooting of this movie has resumed. Rashmika's leg injury in the past months had to put the Delhi schedule on hold.However, after a gap of almost a month and a half, director Aditya Sarpotdar has resumed shooting with a new performance.
According to the latest information, the crew of 'Thama' is working fast to make up for the elapsed time in the shooting. As per the original plan, the shoot was to resume directly in January, while Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who plays the protagonist, is scheduled to join the crew in Ooty in February.But, due to the current situation, the plan had to be changed.
Currently the film crew including Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna and Paresh Rawal is shooting in real locations in Mumbai city. The film crew will move into Film City on March 27. There are specially made sets resembling the streets and houses of Delhi. Nawazuddin Siddiqui will also join in this schedule.Director Aditya Sarpotdar aims to release the film by Diwali 2025. The Mumbai schedule will be completed by the end of April and the film crew will be traveling to Ooty in May.The team plans to shoot some important scenes in the Nilgiri forests and complete the film by the end of May.
