Srileela enters the Pongal race

Srileela, who entered the box office with the movie "Guntur Karam" during the 2024 Sankranthi season, is now once again entering the festival race. This time she is coming before the audience with a Tamil movie. Her debut Tamil movie "Parashakti" is scheduled to release on January 14 during the 2026 Pongal season. The movie is all set to make a splash during the lucrative festival season.

Dynamic hero Sivakarthikeyan is playing the lead role, while renowned director Sudha Kongara is directing this movie. Srileela will be seen in the role of a student in this period drama, which is completely different from her previous roles. Srileela, who could not achieve much success during the Sankranthi season with "Guntur Karam", is eagerly waiting to see what range of hits she will get in the Tamil market this time, especially during the high-profile Pongal season.

Currently, Srileela has several interesting projects in her pipeline. An action entertainer in Telugu called "Mass Jathara", a Bollywood film opposite Karthik Aryan, and the highly anticipated film "Ustaad Bhagat Singh" starring Pawan Kalyan are in her lineup.
