Joju George fixes a different title for the sequel to 'Pani'

Malayalam actor Joju George, after the success of his first directorial film ‘Pani’, has announced that he is expanding it into a three-part film franchise, with new storylines in each part. In a recent media interaction, Joju revealed that the title of the second part has been fixed as ‘Deluxe’. In this film, he will play the lead role of Deluxe Benny. Like the film ‘Pani’, this new film will also have a priority for new actors. The script work has already been completed.

Preparations are underway to start shooting in December. The film ‘Pani’ is set to release in October 2024 and is an action-packed revenge thriller set in the backdrop of Thrissur. Actors like Sagar Surya and Junez VP have played the villain roles brilliantly. Joju co-produced the film and achieved the biggest commercial success of his career.

Meanwhile.. Joju is acting with Urvashi for his next film ‘Aasha’. This film, which was recently launched in Kochi, is the directorial debut of Safar Sanal. Joju is writing the screenplay and dialogues for this film along with Ramesh Girija and Safar Sanal. Also, Joju.. is acting with Biju Menon in the upcoming thriller movie ‘Valathu Vasatthe Kallan’ directed by Jeethu Joseph.
