GHMC's sword against Allu Business Park!

GHMC continues to take a tough stance on illegal constructions in Hyderabad. Whether it is a common man or a celebrity, it is cracking down on anyone who violates the rules. The latest crackdown has fallen on Tollywood big producer Allu Aravind. Allu's family has built a commercial building called 'Allu Business Park' on an area of ​​about 1000 yards at Jubilee Hills Road No. 45.

This project was started in November 2023, on the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of late actor Allu Ramalingaiah. The construction of this building was completed a year ago after obtaining all the permissions for the ground floor and four floors from GHMC. Currently, all the family businesses like Geetha Arts and Allu Arts and film activities are being carried out here.

However, recently, GHMC has found that Allu's family has built an additional penthouse on this building without permissions. Town planning officials immediately stepped in and issued show cause notices stating that the penthouse was illegal. “If it was built without permission, it should be given an explanation as to why it should not be demolished. Otherwise, we will demolish it as per the law,” GHMC Circle-18 officials clarified.
