Job opportunities in the Telugu film industry
The Telugu Film Employees Federation (TFEF) has demanded a 30% wage hike, which has led to a tense situation in the Telugu film industry. The Telugu Film Chamber of Commerce (TFCC) has issued a statement condemning the federation's decision.
In response to this crisis, producers have clarified that there is no need to give work only to union members. The TFCC has stated in the statement that any skilled and experienced amateurs can work in films without being a union member.
With this, the Telugu Film Producers Guild has issued a new advertisement seeking applications for jobs in several departments. Those with experience or official certificates in departments such as direction, cinematography, lighting, art, sound, editing, makeup, costumes, stunts, production management and others can apply.
The producers have clarified that candidates who want to enter the industry do not need to pay lakhs of rupees in the name of union fees. It is stated that talent will be given priority in this and anyone with the right qualifications will get the opportunity.
These developments are paving the way for a new approach in the Telugu film industry and opportunities for aspiring actors. Candidates can send their applications through the designated website or mail ID.
