Can Surendra Reddy put hopes?

In September 2023, a big surprise announcement came in Tollywood. A movie in the combo of director Surender Reddy and Power Star Pawan Kalyan. This combination surprised everyone. Because.. Surender Reddy's film 'Agent' starring Akhil Akkineni as the hero flopped miserably at the box office. Apart from that.. Pawan Kalyan was already busy in politics and was in a situation where he was not even clear about when he would give dates for the movies. At such a time, this project announcement shocked everyone.

However, as expected, this project has slipped into obscurity. Pawan Kalyan has not yet completed his pending projects like 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu', 'OG', and 'Ustad Bhagat Singh'. These films have been in the making for a long time, but they have been delayed due to his political commitments. With Pawan Kalyan taking charge as the Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh after the 2024 elections, the chances of the Surender Reddy project happening have almost dwindled.

Recently, he restarted the shooting of his films 'OG' and 'Ustad Bhagat Singh'. Seeing this, a talk started in the industry circles.. Pawan along with his close producer Ram Talluri may also give the green signal to the Surender Reddy film. Ram Talluri is a close friend of Pawan and is expected to get some importance for this project.

Overall, if Pawan Kalyan allocates some time between his political and film busyness, this project can be taken to the next level. But, when and how it will materialize is the big question. Until then, Surender Reddy fans and the entire team have no other option but to wait with hope.
