Vijay Antony as 'Lawyer'

Tamil dynamic hero Vijay Antony has already been reported to be acting in a film for his 26th film, directed by Joshua Sethuraman, who recently made his directorial debut with the film ‘Gentle Woman’. In this context, the latest news is that the name of the film has been announced as “Lawyer”. It is reported that it will be a court drama based on a key social issue.

Joshua Sethuraman’s first film ‘Gentle Woman’ starred Lijomol Jose, Harikrishnan and Lasliya in the lead roles. The film discusses a sensitive issue like gender equality and received praise for the performances of the actors.

Vijay Antony acted in three films last year, Romeo, Malay Pidikkada Manidan and Hitler. He is currently in the theaters on June 27 with the film ‘Margan’. He also starred in the films ‘Shakti Thirumagan, Valli Mayil, Agni Siragugal and Khaki’.

The film ‘Lawyer’ will go on floors this June. The rest of the cast and crew will be announced soon. The film is being made in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada languages. The film is being produced by Vijay Antony Film Corporation.
