‘Vayuputra’ in Sithara’s company

A new trend has started in Indian movies. Apart from the hero atmosphere, animated films based on myths and legends are coming to the audience. A film like ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ was made with a budget of just Rs. 15 crores, but it created records by grossing more than Rs. 300 crores. Inspired by this, another great project has now been announced.
A huge 3D animated film titled ‘Vayuputra’ will be made under the banner of Sithara Entertainments, produced by Suryadevara Nagavamsi and directed by director Chandoo Mondeti. This film is based on the life of Lord Hanuman. It seems that the story is going to be shaped to show Lord Hanuman as ‘one of the seven immortals, an eternal warrior, a combination of devotion and strength’.
‘Vayuputra is not just a film. It is a sacred scene. ‘A story brought to life from the soul of our history, from the pages of our legends,’ says producer Naga Vamsi. The film will be released simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. The film is being brought to audiences worldwide as a gift for Dussehra 2026.
