Variety title for Pranav Mohanlal's film

Director Rahul Sadashivan, who directed the horror hit ‘Bramayugam’, has given an interesting update about his next film. The official title of this new horror thriller is “Dies Ire”. Pranav Mohanlal, son of popular hero Mohanlal, will be seen in the lead role in this film. This is his first time in the horror genre.

The mysterious and scary first look poster released along with this title is creating excitement among the audience. The shooting of this film, written and directed by Rahul Sadashivan, began on March 24, 2025 and was completed in a very short time, on April 29. The release date of the film is likely to be announced soon. The film is being produced under the banners of Studio Why Not and Night Shift Studio. The music is composed by Christo Xavier, who had previously worked as the music director for the film Brahma Yugam.

As for Pranav Mohanlal, he was last seen in the film ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’. This film is the second film in his and Vineeth Srinivasan’s combination after ‘Hrudayam’.
