True Lucky Bhaskar Dulquer Salmaan !

Malayalam young superstar Dulquer Salmaan has always shown his intelligence in choosing films. Be it Telugu, Hindi, Tamil or Malayalam, no matter the language or the scale of the film, he chooses projects with strong scripts. He does not hesitate to work with new directors if the script impresses him. At the same time, he does not hesitate to reject projects from big directors if they do not connect with the story. This clear thinking is now earning him great praise.

For example.. Dulquer turned down the opportunity to act with Kamal Haasan in “Indian 2” offered by director Shankar. That role eventually went to Siddharth. As everyone knows.. that film flopped miserably and faced criticism from all sides. This is the first time that Dulquer has proven his decision to be wise.

Another example is “Thug Life”. Dulquer was initially optioned for this ambitious project produced by Mani Ratnam. A poster was also released with him. But, after fully understanding the scope of his role.. Dulquer opted out of the film. Instead, he focused on the Telugu film “Lucky Bhaskar”.

“Thug Life” released in theaters yesterday and received mostly negative reviews. Critics called it one of the weakest films in Mani Ratnam’s career. Simbu played the role intended for Dulquer. But, after both “Indian 2” and “Thug Life” flopped, Dulquer Salmaan stepped out at the right time with his brilliance, and fans and critics are praising him as the real ‘Lucky Bhaskar’.
