Telugu director passed away

Sandru Nagesh alias Rambabu (47), who was making his directorial debut with the film 'Brahmanda' based on the Telangana folk art form Oggu, passed away suddenly. Rambabu suffered a brain stroke while attending the preview of the film held at Prasad Lab in Hyderabad four days ago. He was immediately taken to Apollo Hospital, but his condition deteriorated and was later shifted to NIMS. He passed away while undergoing treatment.
Rambabu is from Allipur, Shivampet Mandal, Medak District. He is survived by his wife and two daughters. Rambabu, who has worked in the film industry for a long time, has served as co-director for about 150 films and 60 TV serials. He also played a key role in serials like 'Antarangalu, Anuradhapura'. It is noteworthy that the film 'Brahmanda' is his first film as a director.
The film 'Brahmanda' is gearing up for release on the 18th of this month. The film stars senior actress Amani in the lead role, while 'Balagam' Jayaram and Anand Balsad play other key roles.
