Super Six… Super Hit: CM Chandrababu

Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu mainly mentioned the schemes being implemented for the poor in the state in his Independence Day speech. He explained the promises made by the coalition government and their implementation by saying “Super Six… Super Hit”. He gave examples of everything from social security pensions to the recently launched “Stree Shakti” free bus travel. He explained how schemes like ‘Thalliki Vandanam’, ‘Deepam 2.0’, and ‘Annadaatha Sukhibhava’ are benefiting the people.
In his speech, Chandrababu strongly criticized the YSRCP regime. He said that some are committing crimes under the guise of politics, that the previous government had put the state in debt and had stopped many schemes. He recalled the roads being left in ruins with potholes, the formation of new districts in a chaotic manner, and the chaos in the liquor and sand sectors. Chandrababu said that subsidies and revenue irregularities that were stopped in the past have been corrected and the lands of the poor have been protected.
The Chief Minister specifically mentioned the Polavaram-Banakacharla issue in terms of irrigation projects. He said that if the flood waters that are being wasted in the sea are used, there will be no problem for the upstream states. He clarified that it is not appropriate to object if we use the flood water, it is the right of AP. He said that the Handri-Neeva works have been completed quickly and that they will soon focus on the Uttarandhra and Galeru-Nagari projects.
The Chief Minister appreciated the cooperation being provided by the Center for the development of the state. He reminded about the recently sanctioned funds for the semiconductor unit and the Visakhapatnam steel plant. In the wake of the tariffs imposed by the US on India, he said, “Ours is not a dead economy… it is a good economy.” The Prime Minister clarified that the state will support the development goals. He saluted the success of Operation Sindoor by the three services.
The stalls reflecting the development of different sectors impressed during the Independence Day celebrations. Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has promised that welfare and development will go hand in hand and that the state will be taken forward on the path of development.
