Malayalam young superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran has completed his part in the shooting of his latest film 'Vilayath Buddha'. Announcing this on social media, he shared a photo of his character double Mohanan look. "My role in 'Vilayath Buddha', which was shot for 2 years, got the final clap.It has been a journey in many ways.” He revealed his experience. However, it is not yet clear whether this is the final schedule for the entire film.

This movie is directed by Jayan Nambiar. Famous writer G.R. It is being made based on the novel 'Vilayath Buddha' written by Indugopan. Indugopan and Rajesh Pinnadon have provided the screenplay for the film.The story revolves around the clash between an elderly master Bhaskaran (Shammi Thilakan) and his disciple Double Mohanan (Prithviraj) over the rights of a white sandalwood tree.

This project, which was launched in 2020, started shooting in October 2022. However.. along with many hurdles it was postponed to 2023 due to Prithviraj's injury during the shoot. Prithviraj was hospitalized with a knee injury while shooting a huge action sequence in Marayur.After the surgery, I had to rest for three months.

The film stars Anu Mohan, Priyam Vada Krishnan, Kottayam Ramesh and Teejey Arunasalam in lead roles. Arvind Kashyap, who worked for Kantara in the technical department, provided the cinematography, while Jakes Bijoy provided the music.

Meanwhile.. Prithviraj focused on his third directorial project 'L2: Empuran'. It is being made as a sequel to Mohanlal's 2019 blockbuster Lucifer. The film will release on March 27 worldwide.
