Tamil Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi has earned a special place in the hearts of Telugu audiences. Telugu people have been captivated by his talent for cult classics like ‘Pizza’ and emotional dramas like ‘Uppena’. However, the movie ‘Uppena’ has bonded him with the Telugu audience with a deep emotional connect. Although most of his Tamil films have been dubbed in Telugu, they have not been as successful as expected. However, ‘Maharaja’, which was released without any rush last year, unexpectedly became a blockbuster hit.

But, Nithilan’s focus is on doing a sequel with Sethupathi. According to inside reports, the sequel script is almost in the final stage.
