Kannada rock star Yash, who created records across the country with the ‘KGF’ series of films, is now preparing to create another sensation with his latest Bollywood project ‘Ramayanam’. In this huge epic film, Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor will play the role of Lord Rama and South Indian actress Sai Pallavi will play the role of Sita. While Yash will entertain the audience with a powerful performance as the demon king Ravana.

The film is currently in the shooting stage. The focus is especially on high-intensity action sequences. Hollywood’s famous stunt choreographer Guy Norris is creating action scenes for this film. Guy Norris is an experienced stuntman who has provided stunts for blockbuster Hollywood films like ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’ and ‘The Suicide Squad’. With his skills, the action scenes in Ramayana are expected to be thrilling and visually stunning. Yash is preparing physically and mentally for these high-octane action sequences.

In the latest photos released, Yash is seen in a rugged look with a beard and mustache. Film analysts are of the opinion that his physique and body language are perfect for the role of Ravana. It seems that Yash has undergone intense physical training for this role and is fully prepared to unveil Ravana's strong and charismatic personality on screen.

Apart from acting, Yash is also acting as a co-producer in this film. Prime Focus Studios led by Namit Malhotra is handling the production responsibilities of this huge project, which adds extra strength to the film's grandeur. The film is being directed by 'Dangal' fame director Nitesh Tiwari. The film will be released in two parts, with the first part set to hit the theatres during Diwali 2026.
