Rajini-Kamal combo confirmed

After speculations that superstar Rajinikanth and world leader Kamal Haasan will be seen together in a multi-starrer after four decades, Kamal Haasan has finally confirmed that the project is indeed loading. Speaking at a recent award ceremony, Kamal Haasan spoke about the project.

Although there are rumours that Lokesh Kanagaraj will direct the film, it is not yet finalised. The duo last worked together in the 1979 film 'Alauddinum Atbhuta Vilakkum' (dubbed in Telugu as 'Allauddin Aadhutha Deepam') directed by I.V. Sasi. In this film, Kamal Haasan played the hero Alauddin and Rajinikanth played the villain Kamaruddin. Jayabharathi and Sripriya also played important roles. Appeared.
