Posani's arrest – the impact of controversial comments!

Tollywood actor and YCP leader Posani Krishna Murali was arrested by the AP police on Wednesday evening. The police, who arrested him at his residence in Gachibowli, took this action on the basis of complaints registered at Obulavaripalli PS in AP.

Posani's inappropriate comments on Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan have become controversial. A case was registered under Sections 196, 353(2), 111 Redwith 3(5) that these comments caused caste-based insults and created communal discord.

Posani, who has gained recognition as a writer and actor in the film industry, is often the subject of discussion for his speech on political platforms. For the past five years, he has been in controversy by supporting the YCP government and severely criticizing the opposition leaders.His speeches were often criticized for expressing his views without any restrictions.
