Nobody can pull me down : Dhanush

Kollywood star hero Dhanush has strongly refuted the recent rumours and negative publicity about him and his upcoming film. He clarified that this campaign, which is being done deliberately by some people with selfish goals, has not brought him down at all. “No one can bring me down. My loyal fans are with me. They will face this adversity effectively,” Dhanush confidently commented.

He made these comments at the promotional event of his new film “Kubera” held in Chennai on Sunday. On this occasion, he responded in this way in response to indirect criticism and controversial comments made against Dhanush by some in the Tamil film industry. He emphasized that he is always ready to face such challenges bravely in his career and the strong support of his fans is the key to his success.

“Kubera” film director Sekhar Kammula has taken Dhanush’s acting talent to the skies. Sekhar Kammula said that no one else can do justice to the lead role played by Dhanush in this film. “Dhanush has brought this role to life just as I imagined it. If you see his performance in this film, I am confident that he will win another National Award,” he expressed his hope. It is known that Dhanush has previously won National Awards for films like ‘Aadukalam’ and ‘Asuran’. So, these accolades once again highlight his acting ability.

“Kubera” is a social and political thriller film. Dhanush is playing the lead role in it. While senior actor Nagarjuna will be seen in a key role in the film, Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead. The film has an interesting storyline and a strong cast. It is set to release in theaters worldwide on the 20th of this month.
