New release date for Sonakshi's 'Nikita Rai'

Sonakshi Sinha is playing the female lead in the upcoming supernatural Bollywood thriller ‘Nikita Roy’. The team of this film has dropped a big update regarding the change in release date. Initially, this movie was supposed to hit the theatres on June 27 this year.. but now that date has been shifted to July 18. Fans have been waiting for this movie with super excitement since long. So even though this change is a bit of a disappointment for them, the makers have clearly stated the strong reason behind it in an official statement.

"Hi guys.. Many films are clashing with the release time of our film 'Nikita Rai', and there is tough competition for screens. After discussing with our friends, distributors and exhibitors, we have decided to postpone our release to July 18th to reach a larger audience. Big thanks for the crazy love you have shown for 'Nikita Rai' so far. But, we will have to wait a little longer. We are telling you one thing.. We will give you a mind-blowing experience in theaters on July 18th.. Promise! See you soon in theaters..'' the producers said.

Fans have been hyped for this supernatural thriller for a long time. Apart from Sonakshi Sinha, this movie has a strong cast like Paresh Rawal, Arjun Rampal, Suhail Nayyar. The team says that Nikita Roy's story will be super gripping, mysterious and will keep the audience on the edge of their seats. The film is directed by Kush S. Sinha. The film is jointly produced by Nikki Vicky Bhagnani Films, Nikita Pai Films Limited, Baweja Studios, Bliss Entertainment, Movies Pte Limited and Karmic Films.
