Movies in theaters this week

The buzz of movies continues at the box office every week. This week, along with a re-release, two straight movies are coming to entertain the audience.

First, as far as the re-release is concerned, Chiranjeevi-Sridevi's 'Jagadekaveerudu Athilokasundari' will be newly remastered and released in 3D. This movie, directed by Raghavendra Rao and produced by Ashwini Dutt, was released 35 years ago on May 9, 1990 and became a sensational success. Now, it is special that this movie is being released again on May 9.

Another movie releasing tomorrow is 'Single'. This movie is going to be directed by Karthik Raju as a comedy entertainer. The promotional images from this movie have received a good response. Kethika Sharma and Ivana are playing the roles of Sree Vishnu in this movie. Vishal Chandrasekhar has composed the music. The film is produced by Vidya Koppineedi, Bhanu Pratap and Riaz Chowdhury under the banner of Geetha Arts 2 and presented by Allu Aravind.

Star heroine Samantha's first film under her banner 'Tralala Moving Pictures' is 'Shubham'. Directed by 'Cinema Bandi' fame Praveen Kandregula, this film has mostly new actors in the cast. This horror comedy genre film is coming to the audience tomorrow.
