Mammootty in London for ‘Patriot’!

Malayalam megastar Mammootty has arrived in London for the next schedule of director Mahesh Narayanan’s dream project, the most-awaited political spy thriller ‘Patriot’. This crazy update was posted on social media by the film’s producer Anto Joseph. Anto released a video of Mammootty landing with his team at the London International Airport. In the clip, as fans flocked in large numbers, Mammootty was seen greeting and hugging them with a smile and then leaving the airport in a luxury Rolls Royce car. This video is now going viral on the net.

The Hyderabad schedule of ‘Patriot’ was recently completed. The London schedule is very crucial for the film. This new schedule is likely to start on October 15 and continue till mid-December. This biggest multi-starrer is being produced by Anto Joseph, CR Saleem and Subhash Manuel. Along with Mammootty, the film has a star cast like Mohanlal, Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Nayanthara, Revathi, Darshan Rajendran and Zareen Shihab. Cinematography is provided by Manush Nandan, who has worked in Hindi films like 'Dunki' and 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'.

Coming with high-value points like power, espionage and state control, 'Patriot' is said to be one of the most ambitious projects in Malayalam. Especially, with the Mammootty-Mohanlal combo being repeated after a decade, the teaser released this year has doubled the expectations among the fans. The film is set to release grandly in 2026 as a Vishu gift. Meanwhile, Mammootty's film 'Kalamkaval' will hit theaters soon, in November.
