Mahesh showing 'Khaleja'!

The film ‘Khaleja’, which was released in 2010 in the combination of Mahesh Babu and Trivikram Srinivas, was initially a disappointment at the box office. The film, which was released with huge expectations, turned out to be a disaster. Although it was made with a budget of Rs. 30 crores, it managed to earn only Rs. 18 crores at that time. But over time, the film gained cult status. The craze grew through TV telecasts and digital platforms and earned a special fanbase.
As part of the ongoing re-release trend, ‘Khaleja’ will be re-released in 4K version on May 30. Currently, ticket bookings are receiving an excellent response. 13,000-14,000 tickets are being sold per hour on Book My Show. Trade sources say that Pawan Kalyan has not seen this much hype in the past, neither during the re-release of ‘Gabbar Singh’ nor in any other re-released film. This is a new record for a re-release movie.
As for the story of Khaleja, Mahesh Babu appears in the role of a taxi driver named Seetharama Raju. A series of unexpected deaths occur in a small village called Pali. The villagers believe that God will come and save them. Did the protagonist save them like God? That is the story. Mahesh Babu's comedy timing, Trivikram's dialogues, Anushka's beauty, Prakash Raj's villainy, and Mani Sharma's music are pluses for this movie.
Since this movie already has a cult following, fans are showing huge interest in the re-release. The re-release rights of this movie have also been sold for Rs. 2 crores. It is noteworthy that these rights have been acquired by prominent distributors in Andhra, Ceeded, and Nizam regions.
