‘Kishkindhapuri’.. An innovative horror thriller

The horror genre has always had a special craze in Telugu cinema. However, with the same horror stories coming out, the audience is waiting for something new. At such a time, ‘Kishkindhapuri’ produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner is going to be released as a new horror thriller. This film, starring Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas as the hero and Anupama Parameswaran as the heroine, is directed by Kaushik Pegallapati. The film is set to have a grand release on September 12.

The main highlight of the film’s story is the voice coming from a radio. The team says that the mystery hidden in that voice and the horror elements behind it will give the audience a new experience. Director Kaushik has crafted this story with a concept that has not been seen on screen so far.

They worked hard for months for this film and set up a special radio station with a cost of about Rs. 2 crores. All the key scenes in the story were shot here. Another special feature is that the top technicians who worked on the films ‘Animal, Pushpa’ are also working on this film. They have also ensured that the runtime is crisp.

Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas has so far been seen mostly in mass commercial films. But the team says that his screen presence is going to be completely different in this film. The film will shift from entertainment in the first half to horror and action mode in the second half. The team also says that the role specially written for the heroine Anupama Parameswaran is the main attraction of this film. The team says that she will be seen in a role with scope for performance.

On the other hand, the team has increased the pace in the promotion of ‘Kishkindhapuri’. A grand event will be held in Vijayawada today. Producer Sahu Garapati is making preparations to organize a pre-release event in Hyderabad in a grand manner.
