Huge demand for 'Coolie' in Telugu!

Superstar Rajinikanth is playing the lead role in the action thriller ‘Coolie’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. The shooting of this film has already been completed and is ready for release on August 14. The film has a huge cast like Nagarjuna, Upendra, Shruti Haasan, Pooja Hegde, Sathyaraj, Soubin Shahir. Especially since King Nagarjuna is seen in a key role, there is fierce competition for the Telugu rights.

With the good craze for Rajinikanth’s films in the Telugu states, buyers are making huge offers. Nagarjuna’s Annapurna Studios and Sitara Entertainments are reportedly competing for these rights. It is said that this deal is likely to be concluded between Rs. 40-45 crores. It is said that offers between Rs. 36-43 crores have already been received, but the producers are expecting at least Rs. 40 crores (excluding GST).

This multi-starrer, which has music by Anirudh, has huge expectations among the audience in four languages. However, trade sources believe that there is some risk in the case of 'Coolie' rights as 'War 2', which is being made in the NTR-Hrithik Roshan combination, is also going to be released on the same day.
