How much did 'War 2' gross?

Hrithik Roshan and NTR starrer 'War 2' was released amidst huge expectations yesterday. Till 8 pm on Thursday, the film has collected Rs. 45.44 crore nett, according to Bollywood Trade Talk. The Hindi version recorded an average occupancy of 23.02% across the country. While Hyderabad saw over 70% occupancy, Mumbai and Delhi were less.

This film, which marks NTR's Bollywood debut, is part of the Yash Raj Spy Universe. It is said that Hrithik has achieved a better opening than his last film 'Fighter'. Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film features Hrithik in the role of Kabir, NTR in the role of Vikram, while Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor and Ashutosh Rana play key roles.
