From now on, I will address everyone with respect: Rajendra Prasad

Veteran actor Rajendra Prasad has come under fire for using offensive language towards comedian Ali. Responding to the criticism, he has issued a statement saying he regrets his remarks. He has promised to exercise restraint and address everyone with respect in future.
Recognizing the changing expectations in society, he said, “The world has changed, and I have to change with it.” Rajendra Prasad explained that in the old days, such language was common, and it was not out of hatred but out of love. “I have always spoken to my co-stars with love. That is what has sustained my long career in films,” he said.
However, acknowledging the need to change with the times, he has promised to be more polite in public interactions from now on. “I promise to address everyone with respect till my last breath,” he clarified. This is not the first time he has been embroiled in a controversy. He also faced criticism for making inappropriate comments about cricketer David Warner in March this year. This recent incident with Ali has once again raised questions about his public demeanor.
