Father-son combo again after 22 years!

Malayalam senior star Jayaram will be sharing the screen space with his son Kalidas again in a Malayalam film after 22 years. The film team has released the title poster of 'Aashagal Airam'. Written by Aravind Rajendran and Jude Anthony Joseph, the film is being directed by G. Prajith. He had earlier directed the superhit 'Oru Vadakkan Selfie' starring Nivin Pauly. The film is being produced under the banner of Sri Gokulam Movies under the presentation of Gokulam Gopalan.

Jude Anthony Joseph is the creative director of the film. Kalidas won the hearts of the audience with his performances in blockbuster films like 'Kochu Kochu Santoshangal' and 'Ende Veedu Appu Vindeyum' as a child actor. Interestingly.. in these films, he acted alongside his father Jayaram. Even after Kalidas stepped into the hero roles, Malayalam audiences are eagerly waiting for this superhit father-son duo to appear on the silver screen again. That is going to be fulfilled with this movie.
