Disasters haunting 'Kantara'!

Rishab Shetty's upcoming mega project 'Kantara: Chapter 1' has been in the news for repeated accidents. Since 'Kantara' was a blockbuster in the past, there are huge expectations on the prequel now. However, it seems that unexpected curses have been haunting the film since the shooting began.

Recently, during the shooting in the Mani reservoir in Karnataka, a boat carrying 30 people, including Rishab Shetty, sank in the water. The incident took place at Melina Koppa, and due to the shallow depth, all of them were able to reach the shore safely. However, several cameras and equipment were washed away in the water.

This may seem like a small incident, but when compared to some other incidents that have happened in the past, it has now led to a serious discussion. In the past, there was an accident in the van of junior artists. In May 2024, actor Kapil drowned in the river and died. In the same month, Rakesh Pujari died of a heart attack. Recently, mimicry artist Kalabhavan Niza passed away due to a heart attack.

The film crew is in turmoil due to this series of accidents. Doubts are being expressed on social media as to whether the warnings of 'Panjurli Devatha' are coming true. While some netizens are spreading rumors that the film is cursed, others are dismissing it as mere rumors.
