'Coolie' story revealed!

'Coolie' is a film directed by Superstar Rajinikanth and mass director Lokesh Kanagaraj. Anirudh is composing the music for this pan-India film produced by Sun Pictures. The fact that the US bookings have crossed the half-million mark even before its release shows the expectations on the film.

The teaser and songs that have already been released have created a huge hype for the film. Especially the Monika song sung by Pooja Hegde has become a sensational hit. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj has recently revealed the story line of 'Coolie'.

The interest has increased further when director Lokesh himself revealed that there will be no elements like guns, drugs, time travel in the story of this film and that the entire film will be set against the backdrop of luxury watches. He also clarified that this movie has no link with Lokesh's previous films 'Khaidi' and 'Vikram'. This proves that it is not a part of Lokesh's cinematic universe.

On the other hand, Tollywood King Nagarjuna is going to be seen as a villain for Rajinikanth in this movie. King Nagarjuna's role is said to be a special attraction for the movie. With a huge cast like Aamir Khan, Upendra, and Soubin Shahir also being part of it, there are huge expectations on 'Coolie' at the pan India level. 'Coolie' is getting ready for a grand release on August 14.
