'Avatar' director to enter the field for Rajamouli?

Director SS Rajamouli's films have always been a marvel. From 'Baahubali' to 'RRR', he has taken Indian cinema to an unexpected level with each film and brought recognition to the global level. Now, expectations are skyrocketing for his new project with superstar Mahesh Babu. Interestingly, Rajamouli has not revealed anything about this film so far. There have been no official announcements, press meets, or launch updates.

Mahesh Babu's birthday, August 9.. Fans were expecting a first look or title reveal. But nothing came. Instead, Rajamouli announced that the first look will be released in November 2025. The talk now is that there is a big reason behind this November reveal. Hollywood legend James Cameron is reportedly coming to India at that time for the promotions of his 'Avatar: The Fire and Ash' (released on December 19). Then there is buzz that Cameron is likely to unveil the first look of his movie titled ‘Globetrotter’.

Adding further strength to this combo, Cameron has previously praised Rajamouli a lot. At an awards event in Los Angeles, he praised RRR and told Rajamouli, “If you want to make a movie here, let’s talk.” The conversation went viral. It showed the mutual respect between the two.

If Cameron really launches the first look, this project will suddenly come under the global radar. This is another step for Rajamouli in taking Indian cinema to the international level. For Mahesh Babu, it is a rare honor to have the first look of his movie launched by the biggest name in world cinema. If everything goes according to plan, the first international hype for Rajamouli’s new movie will start in November.
