Address to the Telugu nation's manhood

Telugu 70MM pays tribute to Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, who showed the self-respect of the Telugu people to the world, who wore the forms of gods on screen and became a god in the hearts of the people, on his birth anniversary (May 28).
Born on May 28, 1923 in Nimmakuru, Krishna district, Taraka Rama Rao left his job and took steps towards cinema. NTR, who made his debut with a small role in the film 'Manadesam' in 1949, rewrote the history of Telugu cinema with immortal films like 'Paatal Bhairavi', 'Mayabazar' and 'Danaveerasura Karna'. He was the one who brought to life mythological characters like Sri Krishna, Sri Rama, Duryodhana and Ravana. He made his mark in Telugu cinema not only as an actor but also as a producer, director and writer.
NTR, who made public life his field of activity before his film career ended, entered politics in 1982 and founded the Telugu Desam Party. He assumed office as the Chief Minister with the trust of the people in just 9 months. NTR, who brought respect and welfare to the vast Andhra Pradesh, has also gone down in history as an extraordinary leader in politics.
This great actor left us on January 18, 1996 at the age of 73. But the stream he flowed still continues in the hearts of the Telugu people. NTR's life is not a personal victory march. It is an echo of a national unity. NTR is a standing example of the dreams, respect and seriousness of the Telugu people.
