The movie ‘Maargan’ is making waves on OTT

Tamil hero, singer, producer and director Vijay Antony was last seen in the crime thriller ‘Maargan’ directed by Leo John Paul. The film released in theaters on June 27, 2025 and received mixed reviews from critics and audiences. After completing a four-week theatrical run, Maargan is now getting ready for a digital release.

The film will be streaming in Tamil and Telugu on Amazon Prime Video from July 25, 2025. Vijay Antony himself announced the OTT release of ‘Maargan’ at the Telugu press meet of his upcoming film Bhadrakali. Bhadrakali is set to release in theaters on September 5, 2025.

It remains to be seen how Maargan will impress the audience on OTT. The film stars Ajay Dheeshan, Samuthirakani, Brigida Saga, Deepsika, Mahanadi Shankar and others in key roles. Vijay Antony also composed the music for this film.
