‘The Girlfriend’ to release today!

The day after the news of National Crush Rashmika Mandanna and Rowdy Hero Vijay Deverakonda’s engagement broke, news of her next film has come. However, the two have neither confirmed nor denied the engagement news.

The makers of her next Telugu film ‘The Girlfriend’ have officially announced its release date. After a long production phase, the film is all set to hit the theatres on November 7. While Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead in the film, Kannada actor Dhikshit Shetty is playing the lead role.

The film is jointly produced by Geetha Arts and Dheeraj Mogilineni Entertainment and is being presented by renowned producer Allu Aravind. Directed by Rahul Ravindran, ‘The Girlfriend’ is being touted as a love story with a strong storyline. It will be released in multiple languages. This month itself, Rashmika Mandanna's Hindi film 'Thamaa' is set to release in theaters.
