Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor recently showered praise on director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He praised the unique visual language, audio cutting, and visual framing seen in his films. Describing Ranbir Kapoor-starrer ‘Animal’ as a wonderful film, Arjun particularly praised some scenes and elements of the film.
In an interview, Arjun said that he was completely mesmerized after watching the Telugu film Arjun Reddy directed by Vanga. It is very interesting that a director writes the dialogues himself. Sandeep Vanga's dialogues always come straight to the point. They convey the true meaning.
"It is a misconception that mainstream films do not have a language. I recently saw an interview with Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He has his own style. The audio cutting pattern, the visual cutting pattern, the framing... everything has a unique language. Mainstream films also have a language," said Arjun Kapoor.
Arjun said that he used to feel that the villains who fought the hero in Hindi films had no personality. However, he said that the masks worn by the villains in the film ‘Animal’ made them look more frightening. “They made them look very menacing through those masks. It may seem like a small idea, but it had a very strong impact,” he said.
Arjun Kapoor clearly stated that Sandeep Reddy Vanga is special in writing the story... providing a suitable visual language for it, and in shaping every little detail with quality. His description of Vanga's films as a new language, a special style, has become even more interesting for fans.
