Prithviraj Sukumaran's 'Khalifa' launched

After 15 years of Malayalam film ‘Pokiri Raja’, hero Prithviraj Sukumaran and director Vaishakh are collaborating again for the big budget entertainer ‘Khalifa’. The pooja program of the film was recently held in Kerala. The shooting will begin in London in August. Prithviraj posted a clapboard photo of the film and added the caption, “Aamir Ali.. see you soon..”

The ‘Khalifa’ movie poster was launched in October 2022 with the caption “Vengeance will be written in gold”. Apart from writing the script, the film is being produced by Jinu Abraham. The music is being composed by Jakes Bijoy. This is Prithviraj’s third film with Jinu Abraham.

Vaishakh recently produced the films ‘Turbo’ starring Mammootty and before that ‘Monster’ starring Mohanlal. Also, another film titled ‘Bruce Lee’, written by Uday Krishna, is also on the list. Prithviraj recently acted in his directorial film ‘L2: Empuraan’. His next film is the Hindi war drama ‘Sarjameen’, in which he stars alongside Kajol... and is currently on the sets.
