Power Star meets his martial arts senior!

It is well known that Power Star Pawan Kalyan trained in martial arts before entering films. He often showcased those skills in his early films. With his passion for action choreography, he also created a long action sequence in the recently released film “Harihara Veeramallu”.

Honoring his roots, actor-politician Pawan Kalyan recently reunited with his senior in martial arts training in the 1990s, Reneesh Raja. Pawan Kalyan paid tribute to their recently deceased guru Shihan Hussain and praised Reneesh Raja for embracing his school.

Pawan responded to this.. “It was a great pleasure and honor to meet Renshi Raja from Tamil Nadu after 34 years. We trained at the same karate school under the guidance of Shihan Hussaini in the 1990s. At that time, Renshi Raja was a black belt holder and I was a green belt. Now he is carrying forward Shihan’s vision at the same school. Reminiscing and discussing our long-standing relationship with Shihan Hussaini and our shared passion for martial arts brought back many happy memories…” he said.
