Mammootty's 'Dominic and the Lady's Purse' movie to hit OTT

The mystery comedy film "Dominic and the Lady's Purse", starring Malayalam megastar Mammootty in the lead role, released in theaters on January 23, 2025, and left the audience spellbound. The audience was eagerly waiting for the film to be released on OTT. Their wish came true.The film is available for streaming on Amazon Prime from March 7th.

Dominic, a former police officer, runs a private detective agency. One day, a woman offers to waive the rent on a house if he can find a missing lady's purse and return it to its owner. Dominic accepts the challenge to ease his financial burden.However, as he investigates the mystery behind the purse, he discovers that it is connected to an old case. In that case, two people disappeared. Dominic's search to find the owner of the purse eventually reveals unexpected truths.

The film is directed by renowned director Gautham Vasudev Menon. The story is written by Neeraj Rajan. Cinematography is by Vishnu Dev, editing by Anthony, and music is by Darbhuka Shiva. Mammootty plays the role of CI Dominic in this film.His assistant Vicky is played by Suresh Gopi's son Gokul Suresh. Sushmita Bhatt, VG Venkatesh, Siddique, Vineeth, Vijay Babu, Meenakshi Unnikrishnan, and Shine Tom Chacko also play important roles.
