'Mahavatar' revived

Despite being released without any expectations, the film ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ is creating a sensation across the country. This animated movie, which has been released for three weeks, is now booming again during the long weekend and is pouring in box office collections.

On the one hand, films like ‘War 2, Coolie’ are ruling the box office.. On the other hand, the audience is choosing ‘Mahavatar Narasimha’ as a family-friendly film. It is noteworthy that ‘Mahavatar’ is running with houseful shows despite the reduction in screens in both states.

This film, which was made in Kannada, was released in Telugu by Allu Aravind. This story, which is based on the Narasimha avatar of Sri Mahavishnu, has been created by director Ashwin Kumar with excellent animation techniques. Without star heroes, this film is shaking the box office with the strength of content.

The film, which has so far grossed Rs. 230 crores, looks set to cross another hundred crores. Made on a budget of Rs. 40 crores, this movie has created a record as the highest-grossing animated film in India. Recently, renowned orator Chaganti Koteswara Rao watched the film. Chaganti said that 'Mahavatar' is a devotional film that is worth watching with the family.
