Hindi remake of 'Chhatrapati' was a big mistake: Bellamkonda Srinivas
With the pan-India cinema trend gaining momentum, young actor Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas firmly believed that he could make his mark in Bollywood. The Hindi dubbed versions of his Telugu films were garnering millions of views on YouTube, which gave him confidence. Seeing this digital popularity, he felt that he had a real stardom in the North Indian market. With this enthusiasm, he decided to remake the Telugu blockbuster “Chatrapati” starring Prabhas in Hindi, directed by S.S. Rajamouli.
