Dubbing for Anushka Shetty's debut Malayalam film has begun!

The film crew has officially announced that the dubbing of "Kathanar: The Wild Sorcerer" which is being made in Mollywood has started. It is a fantasy thriller based on the life story of a Kerala priest named 'Kadamattathu Kattanar'. He was believed to have extraordinary powers.Rojin Thomas of "Home" fame is directing the film.

Talented hero Jayasurya is playing the role of 'Kathanar'. The interesting thing is.. popular south actress Anushka Shetty is making her debut in Malayalam cinema with this movie. Moreover, Prabhu Deva is going to re-enter the Malayalam industry after 13 years. He was last seen in "Urumi".Also, Sandy, who is known for his villainous role in the film 'Leo', is also playing an important role in this film.

It is reported that this film, which is being made on a pan-India scale, has been made largely through virtual production technology.
