Delhi High Court takes it seriously

Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court seeking protection from unauthorized use of her name and image. She has highlighted serious issues like commercial misuse of her name, fake claims, and circulation of obscene photos and videos altered with AI.

The court seems to be taking the matter seriously and is ready to issue an injunction order to stop further misuse. Aishwarya Rai was last seen in Mani Ratnam's "Ponniyin Selvan 2". There is no announcement about any new projects yet.

Meanwhile, she has noticed that some companies are using her photos and videos without permission and in some places, her images are being recreated with AI in an unauthorized manner. The next hearing is in January, but it is expected that the court is ready to issue interim injunction orders against those violating her rights.
