She married social activist Milind Chandwani, whom she has been in love with for several years. The couple, who got engaged in June, tied the knot with the blessings of their family members.

The two, who met at a social event in 2019, were initially friends and started dating in 2020. After almost five years of dating, they entered into a marriage relationship. Currently, Avika and Milind are participating in the reality show ‘Pathi, Patni Aur Panga’. Their wedding ceremony was held on the sets of this show in a grand manner.
